IKEUCHI ORGANIC's towel sommeliers are available for consultation without visiting the store, and will provide detailed explanations of products, how to choose towels, the background of manufacturing, and follow-up services after purchase, all online.

Our towel sommeliers will help you select the towels and gifts you are looking for.
Even if you are a first-time shopper, our towel sommelier will carefully explain how to choose towels, how they feel on the skin, and how they feel in use, while showing you the products.
The towel sommelier in charge of your towel will be a staff member who actually serves customers at the store, so you can shop at the store from the comfort of your own home.
You will have the experience of shopping at a store from the comfort of your own home.
You can choose a gift while consulting with family and friends who live far away, even if you cannot see them in person.
Through the gift selection process, customers are able to meet and interact with people they would not normally see online, and have a great time.

When it is time for your appointment, please access the customer-specific Zoom invitation URL in the e-mail.
Please let us know your problems, concerns, and requests. Ikeuchi's towel sommelier will suggest towels that best suit your preferences.

Cash on delivery (COD): You can choose from cash or credit card payment (330 yen handling charge).
