The Funaya Gun (boathouse group) is located in Ine-cho, northern Kyoto. More than 200 boathouses still exist today, and they are often used as filming locations for movies and TV dramas. Ine Funaya Stay is a one-building rental accommodation facility utilizing boathouses in the Ine area, based on the concept of “traveling as if you were living in a boathouse.
