Minoshima’s Unique Story.

The playing environment for ice hockey players in Japan is by no means perfect, with most players having a dual career as an office worker and an athlete.
Minoshima also works as an IT company employee during the day, practices at night, and travels around Japan on weekends with his current team, the Yokohama Grizz.

“If I only thought about ice hockey, I could aim higher, but because I have a dual career, I can grow as a member of society,” said Minoshima. Minoshima carefully shared his life values at Session.3 of IKEUCHI ORGANIC’s new talk event, IKEUCHI NIGHTS.

Minoshima is walking his own unique athlete story, armed with the people skills he has gained through his dual career, and at IKEUCHI ORGANIC, he works every day with a bird’s eye view of the relationship between customers and the company, without being influenced by any one job title, workplace, or position. We will continue to support Minoshima’s new way of life and values.
