We send your towels and towelettes to our factory in Imabari for maintenance and return them to the condition they were in when you purchased them.

    By simply maintaining towels properly, including washing, drying, and drying methods, the condition of towels will certainly improve and they can be used for a long time.

    After joining a securities company in 1991, he worked for IT and apparel companies before joining IKEUCHI ORGANIC in 2009, where he supervised the "towel course" on Panasonic washing machines. His favorite towel is Organic 120.

IKEUCHI stores are equipped with washing machines and sinks, and hand towels that have been repeatedly washed and dried in the stores are available for customers to experience the actual comfort of using them. On the other hand, we have often received advice from customers that they could not reproduce the same comfort they experienced in the store by washing at home.

We have been trying to show you how to maintain our towels through Youtube videos, but we understand that some of you may not have that much time to spend on laundering.

The amount of water used to wash towels can be controlled to meet a variety of washing needs.

Careful washing over a long period of time
Let towels swim in the water with plenty of water

Use hot water for pre-wash and laundry soap for main wash. Each wash takes about 140 minutes to wash the towels, gently and carefully going deep into the fibers.

Warm air is applied to dry the towels while giving the fabric elasticity.

Before drying, the fibers of the towels are raised to allow air to penetrate into the pile and slowly dry the towels from the root.

The towels are then washed and dried to restore their texture to that of new towels.
Once the towels are restored to a near-new condition, they are inspected.

If there are any loose threads that can be repaired by our staff, we will take care of them on the spot.

We will deliver your towels with a care chart included in the package.

The care chart includes the condition of the towels at the time of maintenance and a message from our staff.

  • Only IKEUCHI ORGANIC products are eligible for maintenance.
  • Knit products and masks cannot be maintained.
  • Please prepare the box for towel sending by yourself.
  • Please check <Promise at the time of use> in advance.
  • The service has a predetermined acceptance period and associated return period, so please ship maintenance items to us as soon as possible after placing your order.
  • Shipping costs from the customer to us will be borne separately by the customer.
  • The shipping cost from our company to the customer is included in the service price.

Approximate size of the box to be prepared

Please prepare a box measuring 128cm or less (the three outer dimensions: length,width, and depth) and weighing no more than 4kg.

If you would like a laundry bag, please select "Yes" on the product selection screen.
After placing an order, we will send a laundry bag to your address by Nekopos. When the laundry bag arrives, please return it with your towels.

  • The NekoPos will be sent to your mailbox.
  • We will collect the returned laundry bag.
  • After maintenance, the towels will be packed in cardboard boxes for delivery.

Laundry bag size: 650 mm (width) x 180 mm (girth) x 460 mm (height)
You can fill 2 towel blankets and 2 bath towels or 7-8 bath towels in the bag.

Q & A

Can you restore towels in any condition?

We can cut and repair loose threads, etc. We cannot maintain towels in the following conditions.
If you have difficulty in judging, please send us a photo of your towel to web@ikeuchi.org.
Towels with large tears
Towels with damaged edges (ears or hems)
Discoloration or color fading

Can you maintain towels from other manufacturers?

Only IKEUCHI ORGANIC products are eligible for maintenance.

Are there any products that cannot be sent for maintenance?

Knit and wool products cannot be maintained.
