Online zoom store is still open during Obon

IKEUCHI ORGANIC’s online store will be closed from 8/8 (Sat.) to 8/16 (Sun.) for the summer holidays, but the stores in Tokyo and Kyoto will be open as usual.

In addition, the online zoom store will be open on the following dates

8/9 (Sun) from 10:45am and 7:00pm
8/11 (Mon.) 10:00 – 11:00 – 13:00 – 14:00 – 15:00 – 16:00
17:00 – 18:00
8/13 (Thursday) 10:45 –
8/14 (Fri.) from 19:00
Each session will last about 40 minutes.

1. Call the Kyoto Store at 075-251-1017 or send an e-mail to gkyoto@ikeuchitowel.com, and let us know that you would like to have an online appointment.

2. Our staff will contact you by e-mail.
We will send you an email in advance to confirm the details of your consultation, how to connect to the online service, and the invitation URL (zoom) for your exclusive use. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us by replying to the e-mail.

*You may be a little nervous to talk to us online out of the blue, but please be assured that we will be chatting with you. Of course, if you want to know what kind of product you are looking for before purchasing, that is also fine.

3. On the day of your appointment, access your appointment time from your home.
When it is time for your appointment, please access to the customer invitation URL (ZOOM) that you will find in your e-mail.
