The following period will be a holiday for all IKEUCHI ORGANIC stores.

[Shipment]
Normal shipment acceptance: until 8:00 AM on April 28 (Tue.)

Orders received after 8:00 AM on April 28 (Tue.) will be shipped from May 7 (Tue.).

Please note that we will not be able to respond to inquiries or ship products during this period.

We will ship your orders in the order in which they are placed after the holiday, but we anticipate an increase in the volume of shipments by delivery companies.
However, since we anticipate an increase in the amount of cargo received by shipping companies, it may take longer than usual to deliver your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We will accept your orders during this period, but we will not be able to send you an order confirmation e-mail until we receive your order.
However, we will not be able to send order confirmation e-mails or respond to inquiries regarding our products.
