IKEUCHI ORGANIC directly-managed stores will be open for business as usual. Only WEB SHOP will be closed.

From April 27, 2019 (Sat) to May 6, 2019 (Mon)

Shipment
Normal shipping acceptance: until 8:00 AM on April 26 (Fri.)

Orders received after 8:00 AM on Friday, April 26 will be shipped from Tuesday, May 7.
Orders placed after 8:00 AM on April 26 (Fri.) will be shipped from May 7 (Tue.).

Last day for regular shipment: Friday, April 26
Resume normal shipping: Tuesday, May 7

Please note that we will not be able to respond to inquiries or ship products during this period.

After the holidays, shipments will be made in the order of your order, but we anticipate an increase in the volume of shipments by delivery companies.
However, since we anticipate an increase in the amount of cargo received by shipping companies, it may take longer than usual to deliver your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We will accept your orders during this period, but we will not be able to send you an order confirmation e-mail until we receive your order.
