Kazuhiro Arai joined The Sumitomo Trust & Banking Company (currently Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited) in 1992 and Barclays Global Investors (currently BlackRock Japan) in 2000. Engaged in a wide range of investment operations, focusing on public pension funds. In November 2008, he founded Kamakura Investment Trust Co. Ltd. in November 2008 with a former colleague, where he was responsible for the management of the investment trust “Yui 2101. After retiring, he founded eumo Inc. in September 2018.
